I am devastated at the passing away of my boss ,mentor and mother Lady Uche Rosarii Anyaene(LSM).
Words cannot express the grief and pain of knowing that I will never see you in this world again.
You lived an exemplary life demanding only the best from those who wished to be good at what they did.
You believed that achievement could only be attained by treading through the rough terrain.
You gave your best and expected nothing less from others.
A lot of people misunderstood your methods but they could not deny your achievements and success.
You were a visionary leader who needed to contribute her quota to the development of children.
You accepted your lot in life with greet magnanimity and joy, you refused to seek out evil minded people who only wished your downfall.
Daily you took your cross and followed the path you believed in.
A mother who would never spare the rod so as not to spoil her children.
You showed me love and understanding, you believed in me and gave me greet opportunity to serve behind you, I never took this for granted, it was tough love but today I am so happy and glad that you never spared me from the hash realities of workplace.
You fearlessly took Stella Maris Schools, Abuja to great heights, your fortitude and fearlessness motivated others to see a glimpse of your dream and follow you.
You were human to admit your mistakes and in your own way made amends for your mistakes.

I remember clearly the last time we saw you passionately discussed with me the new dream and level you wanted to take the school, I could touch your passion and without thinking told you you could rely on me to go along with you in this new dream and that we could do it again.
We were a great team!

I remember fondly those times when we work and I will be panting by 3oclock but you kept going and I wondered aloud what drugs you were on, you laughed and told me to keep dreaming about what I wanted to do with my life that the dream will propel me to work so much that I will not rest until thee task is done- now I can relate.

'I can not get jobs for my Daughters" a respected Nigerian says

I cannot understand Nigerian elites the way they reason, their way of life it’s just so ridiculous.

In the news this week a well respected Nigerian stated that despite his high to the heavens connections he has been unable to get jobs for his two daughters (holders of  a Masters Degree).

 

Aside from the political statement he made I find this very ridiculous that a father needs connection to get jobs for his supposedly well educated children but then that is Nigeria for you.

When children are young parent stress them to finish their primary education by age seven ( 7) if they can, they rush them through secondary school and register them for senior school certificate examinations from Senior secondary 2, they rush them straight into the university and are regally proud that their child had obtained a first degree by 18 years, then they go look for jobs for them. Of course the people who do this are the policy makers who as a matter of policies insist that no child should be admitted into primary 1 unless the child reaches age 6, (their own children get admitted at age 4),they insist as a matter of policy that no pupil be admitted into the junior secondary unless they are age 10 and have completed primary six(6) (of course their children skip primary 5 and 6 and are admitted into the (junior secondary at age 8), then by the time the child is 13 years and in senior secondary 2 he tries(as they say) the senior secondary (WEAC/NECO/GCE) examinations and of course they are registered at miracle centers were they clear their papers and proceed to university at age 14, the university admission process is hijacked by their names and money and voila the child graduates from university at age 19 then they call friends and families to celebrate their …………...

You will think that the rate we graduate underage children in Nigeria we would be producing geniuses, because the process of skipping classes and double promotions are only for a genius not an average or above average student.

A child needs maturity and a certain level of preparedness for every stage of education. The progenitors of western education after having studied the process longer than us have specifically stated the ages for admission into various stages in education. So you cannot just cheat nature and get away with it, whatever you gain at the bend you lose at the corner.

The problem of underage admissions is not new to the Nigerian elite they relish it and disdain the needed maturity a child needs for each stage of education, that is why you find these underage student becoming cult members in school, some end up spending 10 years instead of four for their first degree, the girls turn to “Aristo girls”, some cannot form appropriate relationships and bonds in the university and after graduation these half baked , half literate human beings( now adults) are let loose on the society then of course daddy comes to the rescue and seek for employment for them after securing the job for them their cannot keep the jobs and become in their own parlance very mobile graduates.

Corruption in Nigeria is not just about government funds been diverted it goes beyond this; we need a total moral re-armament in all spheres of our thinking and way of life if we expect things to change. Each of us must as a matter of urgency start to obey all guidelines and rule of law in all spheres of endeavor.

Now to that respectable man, if you had done a good job with your daughters they will be independent and go look for job or create one for themselves. After all there is a 10 year old in my school that makes about 200k a year from selling Zobo drinks to his friends and classmates.

President Jonathan is not working

President Jonathan is not working but FERMA is.
I have been skeptical of this administration since inception because i believe that 99% of politicians are liars.
For sometime now i have not traveled from  Abuja to  Ibadan because of the terrible roads that have daily become a death trap to Nigerians. So last week when a friend invited me to Ibadan i was doubly troubled bad roads- dirty filthy Ibadan ( mind you i was born in Ibadan and lived my youthful days there so i know what i am talking about).
I sat on the edge of the very comfortable Hybrid car and several times just after Gwagwalada asked my friend if it was wise to have traveled with this sweet machine, he reassured me that there was no problem i kept waiting for us to hit a port- hole and after Akure i had to agree that maybe just maybe President Jonathan's Ferma was working after all, then the shocker was Ibadan ( ajoro sun) from Sapati,to Bere, Oke Ado, Basorun , Bodija the whole place was spick and span!
Then i thought to myself maybe this leaders are really ready to do their work for once? i am not overawed yet as i will wait to see if the trend will continue.
Anyhow President Jonathan may not be working? but Ferma is.

Rat 'Mutton' And Bird Flu: Strange Days For Meat Eaters In Shanghai

More bad news for meat eaters in Asia.
For some weeks now there have been reports of  strange deaths of livestock  - the first was the over 15,000 dead pigs in a stretch of the Huangpu River a major source of drinking water, 
to date no one has given a convincing explanation on how this happened.
Then came the bird flu.

The virus has killed  over 20 people with several sick in the hospitals.
Scientists so far, says the virus appears to be transmitted from birds to people, and there's no clear evidence of sustainable human-to-human transmission, which could spark a pandemic.Some people on the streets say since the virus is killed under intense heat so there is no cause for alarm.
Then came he rat as lamb palaver, apparently a syndicate had been passing rat meat as lamb in some parts of Shanghai.
Following some of Shanghai's food safety problems, , an English-language satire site, issued a about city officials encouraging residents to eat more healthfully. The slogan for Shanghai's new campaign: "Go Vegan If You Want To Live."

FREEDOM OF EVERYTHING!

There  are so many errors in the church today and this is a sign that the end has truly come.
Of course some may argue that "the end times" is just a slogan and we have been hearing it for a long time.
this is my analogy- After death there is decay the period of decay is so for some action to be taken to avoid the decay, if eventually no positive action is taken to avoid the decay then the process is inevitable.
The earth is in the process  of decay and we all are rushing towards the end as if there is no judgement for our actions, thoughts, desires, expectations and aspirations.

Indeed there is nothing new under the heaven absolutely no new thing!, however, the intensity and the lackadaisical attitude of human beings to evil, lies, ungodliness, hatred and so on is daily reaching new heights and braking boundaries.
Gone were the times when to speak out against any evil was a collective effort, what do we have now FREEDOM OF EVERYTHING! FREEDOM FOR EVERYTHING! FREEDOM WITHOUT BOUNDARIES!
From home to school to religious, civil institutions there is freedom to for every and anyone to do as they please, right from birth our children hear mummy telling daddy "i have the right to do as i please we are both equal" the child goes to school and hears the teachers grumbling about work and how oppressed they are transferring their frustrations and aggression on children, while on the playground and the child is trying to form positive social relationship all you hear is me, i, mine, in the churches the children are bombarded with stories of supernatural riches, unmerited favours( i am not against this, this is a topic for another day) and so at the earliest of life the child is overexposed to rot, decay and evil. Of course every human being desires to find a path for themselves and so the child has no choice but to find a path in this evil, rot decaying world- of course unless heaven intervenes the child is doomed! - and the story goes on.

I am amazed when people say with conviction that if only i can become this or that i will effect a positive change in the world, whatever you intend to do no matter how good and laudable will be hijacked by the enemy of human beings for his own purpose, that is why no good thing stays good forever. FREEDOM is/was good for the purpose of liberating people from the  shackles of hatred, apartheid,segregation, slavery and so on but once human crossed that bridge FREEDOM became an excuse for evil. Freedom for same sex marriage, freedom to eat whatever i want, freedom to sleep with whosoever i want( why not any movie/news produced without a hint of sex/sexual sandal will never sell), freedom to wear whatever i want, freedom to go wherever i want, freedom to do whatever i want, freedom to live my live anyway i want, freedom to destroy my baby before it is born ( after all it is my body). Freedom to preach and twist the words of Yahuwah.
Freedom without boundaries has turned the world into a cesspool of unimaginable chaos.
Is there a way out- absolutely not the world is destined to decay and die so that a new and better one can be brought down.

God has been kind to the world. In order to restore a focal point of boundary He gave us His most precious and Holy Son, He sometimes allow disasters, diseases and death draw our attention to Him,His untold and manifold blessings that allow us to enjoy success and achievement in human endaevours is supposed to bring us to acknowledge Him. He is long suffering and willing at any time to seek out those who will with purposeful intent accept His boundaries on freedom for their lives and live modest God fearing, judgement conscious and accountable lives.

There is absolutely too much freedom in the world today and too much of anything is an obsession and dangerous and inevitably collapse, death and decay will follow.

THE DEAD CHURCH AND SATANIC PASTORS

Originally the church is not a building but a local congregation of Christians . . . Christ followers with Christ-like qualities . . . entry is by confession of Christ . . . a believer who is in a state of innocence. A state of being in the right with God. A place where God is represented by its leader as a genuine example . . . meaning he must have Christ-like qualities obvious to all and his calling must never be in doubt that if there is need he is even ready to die for the sheep, just as Christ did. He has to be a man God has placed a demand on, who has been created for that purpose . . . the purpose of returning men to God, one who at no time will have negotiation with the Devil and its agents. But today, what do we see?
We see a dead church where the leader is not called by God. He was called by his stomach. After running through lots of evil thoughts on how to make it in a godless society, he concluded calling a friend or two, his co-tricksters, and they donated the amount for accommodation and immediately shared positions as Senior Pastor, Pastor and Assistant Pastor and immediately a business church kicks off. Only selected portions of the Bible are agreed to be preached. The one on tithes and offerings tops the list. Give and it shall be given unto you becomes a daily song. This group of pastors, evangelists, etc, cares for money more than anything. If you are not a giver in the church, you are frustrated out immediately. Mind you, they are not givers; they only preach it, with tears in their eyes. They sound very emotional, they even tell you to borrow and bring to church, which is not Biblical. Their target from the beginning is to be billionaires, so if anyone in need shows up, their bank accounts are out of the question, they ask the person to come back later and they task the members to donate a pittance for the man – that is if the person is favoured at all. The tithes and offerings are always misused. They build uncountable mansions, buy very expensive cars, jets, and have many secret wives. Hell is waiting for such people.
The most dangerous thing a man can do is to attract God’s anger through deception. It is only in a dead church that they pick calls when the service is going on. It is in a dead church that a pastor plays God. About a year and half ago, I had a cause to visit a church in Ajangbadi area of Lagos and what I observed saddened me greatly. While I and my husband were in the church waiting for the Pastor, people including the Assistant Pastor, started running out of the church. The way it happened, I had to rush to a man that was close to where I was and after inquiries I was told that the Pastor and his wife just arrived and that happens to be how they receive them. Just imagine it!
It is only in a dead church that a pastor comes and starts demanding compulsory donations of a number of cars for his carnal use, gives as gifts to his family members, concubines, etc, rather than using it for God’s work. A pastor in Festac did that till a member used the police to arrest him. Anytime such men run out of cars, all they do is to tell their members to donate compulsorily.
Since such men are not called, little wonder they don’t preach salvation. They are not interested in repentance, so they don’t preach it. The day a guest minister centres on repentance and holiness, that is the end of his visit. This group of pastors has chains of girl friends all over the place. They are free to embrace even married women . . . transfer of anointing they call it. Their God is their belly. Since they know that soon their nakedness will be exposed, they preach against other churches so that they will not lose their brainwashed followers. They discourage their members giving to outsiders. Preaching against fornication and adultery is a taboo. They are guilty so needless preaching it. Moreover, they are targeting more women. They exhibit pride. They look down on the poor ones that have nothing for them; in fact, they preach against them and most times such members backslide or leave for other churches. They get richer and their members get poorer . . . prosperity preachers or robbers in the house of God? They are everywhere . . . look around you. The judgement of God is coming on this set of people – just wait and see!
Since they lack the spirit of God, they see no vision but forcefully prophesies lies . . . everyday they tell you “thus says the Lord.” . . . Lies, lies . . . their day is coming. They deceive and many are foolishly attracted – they too are not ready to serve God, so they easily believe lies. Formerly the church was your person but today the church is the building and that is why the pastors preach that you don’t belong in oneness with a person outside your building. The spirit of error has set in.
These satanic pastors introduce strange deliverance which includes breast touching and hugging. I attended a vigil where the female pastor uses her breasts for deliverance. I was amazed as she pressed her breasts on the chest of the man during deliverance. Many are still practising deliverance like native doctors. A lady brought her baby for dedication. Despite all the gifts she brought, the prophet still told her in front of everyone that she should bring a generator to the church at the end of the month to represent the light of the baby’s life and that if she did not have money, she should borrow. He did not stop there but went on to say to those who were waiting to see him that they should hold money. I was shocked beyond words. Most times ungodly levies are introduced in the church, for example battle-fighting offering. It is not Biblical. These evil leaders smile to the bank, forgetting that they will surely reap their evil soon . . . miserable leaders indeed. They claim the anointing they don’t have.
Most members, too, are not interested to serve God in spirit and in truth. That is why you see high service, gossip, loose dressing, fornication and adultery in the church; female members in trousers and miniskirts, etc. Many women go to such dead churches to lure their unserious pastors to bed: Partners in sin all in the dead church. Please don’t forget, no evil doer will go unpunished. (Hebr. 9:27)
If you are testifying about God’s goodness in your life and you did not mention their names, they will stop your testimony, but for those that will make a reference to him, you are given more than enough time to testify . . . These are the ones providing back-to-sender creams and perfumes for their members and their members buy. Maybe a day will come when they will produce a cream for those who will enter heaven, and many blind followers will buy them – God help us! While it’s offering time, they tell their members to bring fat offerings and ask them to wave the offerings for all to see in order to discourage little offerings, with the pastor keenly watching to see those who will wave a small denomination. Please, emulate churches where things are done decently, and in order.
In today’s world, there are many ungodly followers and leaders everywhere. It is only in a dead church that the leader is always surrounded by bodyguards because he has so many enemies; he has cheated so many people, especially on his way up and so he needs so many guards. They over-task their members financially in other to open uncountable branches. Expansion of churches without real believers. Even if an armed robber comes to the church in an expensive car the pastors get highly interested; they give him an undeserved attention and even where it is possible they are ready to make him a co-pastor. They serve money, not God. Today, we have forgotten that we are the church. We are God’s temple. When you defile your bodies, the holy spirit will not stay in you. In a dead church, a female pastor comes out half naked to minister to an audience busy staring at her open breasts and excess makeup; having the appearance of a person in showbiz than a pastor.
Galatians 5:19 says: “The acts of the sinful nature are obvious . . . sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery, idolatry and witchcraft, hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions, and envy, drunkenness, orgies and the like, I warn you as I did in time before, that they who live like this, will not inherit the kingdom of God.” Fellow believers, Ezekiel 34:8 and 9 says: “As I live, saith the Lord, surely because my flock became a prey, and my flock became meat to every beast of the field, because there was no shepherd, neither did my shepherds search for my flock, but the shepherds fed themselves and fed not my flock. I will require my flock at their hand, I will deliver my flock from their hands.”
In Jeremiah 23:1 and 2, the message is: “Woe be unto the pastors that destroys and scatter the sheep of my pasture saith the Lord God of Israel, against the pastors that feed my sheep, ye have scattered my flock., and driven them away and have not visited them. Behold I will visit upon you the evil of your doings.” Verse 12: “Wherefore their way shall be unto them as slippery ways in the darkness, they shall be driven on, and fall therein, for I will bring evil upon them.” Verse 32: “Behold, I am against them that prophesy false dreams, saith the Lord, and do tell them, and cause my people to err by their lies and by their lightness, yet sent them not, nor commanded them. Therefore they shall not profit this people at all, saith the Lord.” Verse 40: “I will bring an everlasting reproach upon you, and a perpetual shame, which shall not be forgiven.” Ecclesiastes 12:13 to 14 says: “Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter, fear God, and keep His commandments, for that is the whole duty of man. For God shall bring every work into judgement, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.”
Please join me to pray for the resurrection of our churches. Some are alive but very few. May the mercy of God abide in us as we repent from our sins in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ, Amen.

7 Beverages To Stop Consuming Today

Lately I've been focusing on all the foods we should stop consuming, but what about beverages which can account for up to 30 percent of our daily calorie intake? Many of us take for granted all those calorie-laden lattes, soft drinks and other sweetened beverages, however the real problem is not related to calories, but something much worse.


Here are 7 beverages you should avoid consuming at any time, for your health and your waist line:

1. Soft Drinks (soda, pop, carbonated beverages, fizzy drinks, etc.)


There isn't enough bad things to say about soft drinks of any kind. Soft drinks account for more than a quarter of all drinks consumed in the United States. That works out to at least one 12-ounce can per day for every man, woman and child. They are estimated to be at least one-third of the problem related to child obesity. Carbonated soda pop provides more added sugar in a typical 2-year-old toddler's diet than cookies, candies and ice cream combined.

Many sodas and diet soft drinks approach the pH level of battery acid in terms of corrosiveness and erosion of tooth enamel.

Besides the fact that diet soda causes dehydration, weight gain, mineral depletion, diabetes and caffeine addiction, research shows they're also responsible for an increased risk of vascular events such as stroke, heart attack, and vascular death.

Artificially sweetened soft drinks are marketed as healthier alternatives to sugar-sweetened beverages, due to their lack of calories. However, past research has shown very serious long-term health consequences due to highly toxic additives and artificial sweeteners such as sodium benzoate, aspartame, acesulfame potassium, sucralose and high-fructose corn syrup.

Men who drink just one 300ml can of soda per day are much more likely to require treatment for a serious form of cancer than those who never consumed the drink. One soda a day can raise aggressive cancer risk by 40 percent.

One study of more than 66,000 women found those who drank artificially sweetened drinks were more 60 percent more likely to develop diabetes than those who indulged in regular versions of the same beverage.
Another recent study published in the journal Respirology revealed that soft drink consumption is associated with lung and breathing disorders including asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).


2. Tap Water


If you're still drinking tap water, you may be hiding from a flurry of information exposing its dangers.

Only 91 contaminants are regulated by the Safe Drinking Water Act, yet more than 60,000 chemicals are used within the United States, according to Environmental Protection Agency estimates. Government and independent scientists have scrutinized thousands of those chemicals in recent decades, and identified hundreds associated with a risk of cancer and other diseases at small concentrations in drinking water, according to an analysis of government records by The New York Times.

Many readers know fluoride is a chemical waste product of the fertilizer industry that is problematic environmentally in regard to how to dispose of it. So the government and the industry figured out that putting it in our drinking water would solve the problem.
Studies have shown that fluoride can pull lead from pipes and add that to the poisonous mix coming from our taps. That might be the reason fluoride also seems to bring copper and aluminum with it as well as the lead.
Animal studies have demonstrated evidence of fluoride’s toxic effects on brain tissue. These include brain cell damage, reduced lipid content, impairment in anti-oxidant defense systems, increased aluminum uptake, and the formation of beta-amyloid plaques. These are the plaques which are indicative of Alzheimer’s Disease. Maybe this explains why many dogs seem to prefer to drink from puddles than their own tap-filled water dishes.

Depending on the country, cardiovascular disease is typically either the number one or two cause of death. A new study published in Nuclear Medicine Communications Journal has concluded that increased uptake of fluoride in arteries may be associated with an increased cardiovascular risk.

Just in case the toxicity levels of fluoride were not sufficient in the water supply, are now proposing that lithium could soon be added to drinking water.

An investigation by the Associated Press (AP) has also revealed that the drinking water of at least 41 million people in the United States is contaminated with pharmaceutical drugs.

Drinking tap water contaminated with perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) is a serious health risk. The highest measured levels of PFOA in human blood in the US, other than factory exposures, are in people who have consumed PFOA contaminated tap water.

Lead pipes once used routinely in municipal water distribution systems are a well-recognized as a source of dangerous lead contamination. Construction crews have been feverishly replacing these pipes in major cities in Canada and the U.S, but only partially using brass in conjunction with copper lines. The research shows that joining old lead pipes with new copper lines using brass fittings spurs galvanic corrosion that can dramatically increase the amount of lead released into drinking water supplies.


3. Sport Drinks

The sports drinks market keeps rising because unsuspecting consumers keep feeding into the marketing ploy. Worldwide, it's a multi-billion dollar industry sponsoring some of the biggest athletes. But in a word, it's "crap".

Gatorade is almost as corrosive as coke. Researchers at the University of Iowa's College of Dentistry found that energy drinks and sports drinks, such as Gatorade and Red Bull, eroded the enamel more than soda and fruit juices. In a 2008 study published in the journal Nutrition Research, the dentists soaked extracted human teeth in various liquids for 25 hours, and then measured the structural changes, or lesions.

"Power drinks can be quite acidic, usually because there is an addition of citric acid to those to give it tartness that is desired by some consumers," said Dr. Clark Stanford, the associate dean for research at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. " It's important to look at the label and see if citric acid has been added." Sipping on sports drinks can damage your teeth because of the high levels of acid in them, dentists have warned.

A recent study published in the May/June 2012 issue of General Dentistry, the peer-reviewed clinical journal of the Academy of General Dentistry, found that an alarming increase in the consumption of sports and energy drinks, especially among adolescents, is causing irreversible damage to teeth--specifically, the high acidity levels in the drinks erode tooth enamel, the glossy outer layer of the tooth.

Some experts called for the U.S. Food and Drug Administration -- which treats energy drinks as dietary supplements -- to require warning labels on the hundreds of energy drinks now on the market.

Sports drinks are loaded with petrochemical artificial colors that have no purpose other than to make a visually appealing beverage. Artificial colors offer no nutritional value which support the assertion by many that sports drinks are a complete waste of money and can really harm you.

If you want a real energy drink, try the rehydrating powers of coconut water which match or even better any carbohydrate-electrolyte sports beverage.

Even bananas were found to have the same or more health benefits during heavy exercise than high-tech sports drinks.


4. Specialty Coffee


I know this may disappoint many coffee drinkers, but there are responsible ways to drink coffee and the other ways. If you indulge in big brand name speciality coffee from chains such as Starbucks or McDonalds, not only are you getting coffee from toxic coffee beans, but you're consuming some serious calories.

How about a Peppermint Mocha Frappuccino Blended Coffee? Try 660 calories. Or what about a Java Chip Frappuccino Blended Coffee. That'll be 600 calories. Why would you want to add this kind of artificially liquid creamed, refined sugared, artificially sweetened coffee to your daily beverage consumption?

Recently, there has been a big push to promote the benefits of coffee. From fighting free radicals, to improving memory, diabetes, parkinsons, and even reducing cancer risk, there is plenty of studies touting the so-called miraculous health benefits of coffee. But are these claims true and non-biased or exagerrated claims with alterior motives? Some of the biggest promoters of coffee's health benefits come from the largest producers themselves such as those in Brazil.

I personally love coffee, but I will only drink bold organic varities that are grown responsibily. You won't find this kind of coffee at Starbucks or any other kind of large coffee chain. The only types of coffee beans you'll get from any major chain of specialty coffee is pesticide-laden and chemically grown.

5. Pasteurized Milk


The United States is the world's largest producer of pasteurized cow milk, but oddly enough it is also one of the world's smallest consumers. The dairy industry thus has a vested interest in eliminating all raw milk suppliers from the market place to enforce and increase per capita consumption of pasteurized milk which is lagging behind most of the world.

Pasteurized milk is perhaps one of the most nutritionally deficient beverages misappropriately labeled as a "perfect food." Raw milk enthusiasts have known for a very long time that unpasteurized milk is the ONLY milk worthy of consumption. Pasteurization destroys enzymes, diminishes vitamin content, denatures fragile milk proteins, destroys vitamins C, B12 and B6, kills beneficial bacteria, promotes pathogens and is associated with allergies, increased tooth decay, colic in infants, growth problems in children, osteoporosis, arthritis, heart disease and cancer.

All cow's milk (regular and 'organic') has 59 active hormones, scores of allergens, fat and cholesterol. Cow milk may also have measurable quantities of herbicides, pesticides, dioxins (up to 200 times the safe levels), up to 52 powerful antibiotics (perhaps 53, with LS-50), blood, pus, feces, bacteria and viruses.

The primary claim by the food industry: As the world's population climbs, the sustainable production and distribution of food is balanced against the need to ensure its chemical and microbiological safety. Scientists believe they must irradiate, pasteurize and sterilize all foods to keep the public safe.

And pasteurization does not always kill the bacteria for Johne’s disease suspected of causing Crohn’s disease in humans with which most confinement cows are infected. Much commercial milk is now ultra-pasteurized to get rid of heat-resistant bacteria and give it a longer shelf life. Ultra-pasteurization is a violent process that takes milk from a chilled temperature to above the boiling point in less than two seconds.

One of the possible methods of pasteurization uses propylene oxide, a highly flammable and "highly toxic" chemical used in thermobaric weapons. Foods treated with the chemical are banned in some countries, including Canada and Mexico, as well as the European Union.

A very interesting point addressed by Marco Torres is do we really need to drink any milk of any kind from another species besides our own?

I love coconut, nut and seed milks. Brazil nuts, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, pecans, and hemp seeds all make nutrient dense, great tasting milks and they're all essentially made the same way and you can make them yourself without any sophisticated equipment.


6. Processed Fruit Juice



One of the great scams of the industrial food cartel is the so-called “fresh” orange juice sold in supermarkets.

Ever wonder why commercial orange juice--even the premium, not-from-concentrate, "100-percent pure" juice kind--tastes the same each time you buy it, but doesn't taste exactly like a freshly peeled orange?

Turns out there's a lot more to making juice than simply squeezing some citrus. As part of the mass-production process, big-name brands like Tropicana, Minute Maid, Simply Orange, and Florida's Natural add artificial flavouring in order to make sure your juice tastes consistent from carton to carton--and to make sure it tastes like oranges.

"It really rocks people's world to learn that most orange juice is not a fresh product," says Alisa Hamilton, author of "Squeezed: What You Don't Want to Know About Orange Juice"

Pasteurized, not-from-concentrate orange juice takes up a lot of storage space. In order to keep it from spoiling without adding chemical preservatives, the companies "deaerate" (or strip the oxygen out of) the juice. (Another surprise: During production, deaerated juice often sit in million-gallon tanks for as long as a year before it hits supermarket shelves.)

A shocking investigation has also revealed that some of the best known brands of apple juice contain arsenic.

American apple juice is made from apple concentrate, 60% of which is imported from China. Other countries may use pesticides that contain arsenic, a heavy metal known to cause cancer and heart disease.

Findings of a Consumer Reports investigation about arsenic and lead levels in apple juice and grape juice have prompted the organization to call for government standards to limit consumers’ exposure to these toxins.

Fruit juices of any kind are rarely 100% juice and specific additives to extend shelf life can be hazardous to your health and your family.


7. Any Artificially Sweetened Beverage



Aspartame and sucralose are still used in hundreds of artificially sweetened drinks including cocktails, milks, juices, cold coffees and sodas. If you see either of these two ingredients in any beverage, please do not consume it. They are two of the most toxic sweeteners in the world.

Monsanto, the creator of Aspartame knows all about the dangers. They fund the American Diabetics Association, the Conference of the American College of Physicians and Congress.

When aspartame is ingested into the digestive tract, it breaks down into numerous other poisons. The intact Aspartame molecule and its diketopiperazine form are vastly worse poisonings than any of the other poisonings which arise from it during digestion, and liver processing of the digestive blood, which is delivered directly to the liver via the portal vein. The other poisonings, as mentioned, are indeed horrendous but Aspartame from gum is far worse, making even the smaller amounts contained in chewing gum strikingly dangerous and damaging.

Aspartame, via ingestion into the digestive tract, is made into some ten other poisonings by the digestive processes, and then excepting that which is delivered directly to the pancreas, they are transported straight to the liver via the portal vein, where they then are very partially dealt with, and partially reprocessed. Afterwards, they are sent in somewhat lesser concentration to the entire body, lessening the amount which eventually goes to the brain.

A report from scientists at Duke University demonstrated that the artificial sweetener Splenda (sucralose) and its key component sucralose pose a threat to the people who consume the product.

According to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, 11 to 27 percent of ingested sucralose is absorbed by the human body (FDA 1998). Research published by the manufacturer of sucralose (Roberts 2000) shows that when 8 healthy male adults where given sucralose (in 1 mg/kg amounts), between 10.4% and 30.6% of the sucralose was absorbed. In addition, 1.6% to 12.2% of the sucralose accumulates in the body.

Splenda/sucralose is simply chlorinated sugar; a chlorocarbon. Common chlorocarbons include carbon tetrachloride, trichlorethelene and methylene chloride, all deadly. Chlorine is nature's Doberman attack dog, a highly excitable, ferocious atomic element employed as a biocide in bleach, disinfectants, insecticide, WWI poison gas and hydrochloric acid.

In test animals Splenda produced swollen livers, as do all chlorocarbon poisons, and also calcified the kidneys of test animals in toxicity studies. The brain and nervous system are highly subject to metabolic toxicities and solvency damages by these chemicals. Their high solvency attacks the human nervous system and many other body systems including genetics and the immune function. Thus, chlorocarbon poisoning can cause cancer, birth defects, and immune system destruction. These are well known effects of Dioxin and PCBs which are known deadly chlorocarbons.

Rat meat is now disguised as lamb meat in China. Demand for cheap meat soars.

In an effort to take advantage of China’s soaring demand for animal meats some corrupt animal food vendors have resorted to disguising various meats in order to meet demand.

Health officials have gone on to disclose that to date there have been as many 900 arrests with some food vendors being caught offloading chemically soaked rats, foxes and chicken claws as lamb or mutton.
China’s Ministry of Public Security has gone on to note that recent arrests have been made in an effort to “attack food safety crimes and defend the safety of the dining table.’
Local media agencies go on to tell that police have arrested 904 people suspected of selling fake, diseased, toxic or adulterated meat, as well as having broken up 1,721 illicit factories, workshops and shops.
Nevertheless the ministry acknowledged that diners still had reason to worry.
Offers the statement in part: “some serious problems have been dealt with swiftly and vigorously, but for a variety of reasons, food safety crimes remain serious, and are displaying new circumstances and features.
For example, there is selling of meat injected with water and meat from animals dead from disease, as well as passing off relatively cheap types of meat as relatively expensive beef and mutton.”
Attempts to quell the abuse has led to some pointing out that similar abuses also happen in the United States and China.
Tells Mao Shoulong, a professor of public policy at Renmin University in Beijing:
“Some of the meat crimes are hardly different from general U.S. slaughterhouse and meat-processing practices, such as injecting poultry with water to increase the weight and price, or soaking the flesh of diseased animals with chemicals.”
Asked why the problem manages to persist Shoulong retorted:
”Chinese food production has become larger scale and more technological, but the problems emerging also involve using more sophisticated technology to beat regulators and cheat customers.”
Which in the end may be shorthand way of saying where there is a buoyant demand there will always be complicit players trying to get one over…

Top US virologist: Prepare now for deadly bird flu mutation

AFP – There is no evidence that the deadly H7N9 bird flu has yet spread between humans in China but health authorities must be ready for the virus to mutate at any time, a top US virologist has warned.
Anthony Fauci, the head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), said officials in China had studied more than 1,000 close contacts of confirmed cases and not found any evidence of human-to-human transmission.
“That is powerful evidence because if you had a thousand contacts with someone with the flu you would be pretty sure some of them would have been infected,” Fauci said in an interview with AFP.
Nevertheless, Fauci cautioned that authorities needed to be ready for the possibility of the virus mutating and spreading between humans.
“It’s unpredictable as are all the influenza. One of the things we need to be concerned about is this might gain the capability of going human-to-human which up to this point has not happened and is somewhat encouraging news,” Fauci said.
“But we still need to be very prepared for the eventuality of that happening.”
Researchers are already developing a diagnostic test to identify H7N9, along with a vaccine, with clinical trials due in July or August.
“Work is under way on making a diagnostic test to be able to pick it up quickly,” Fauci said.
“We have already started on an early development of a vaccine as we did with H5N1 years ago… Hopefully, we will never have to use it.”
More than 110 people in mainland China have been confirmed to be infected with H7N9, with 23 deaths, since Beijing announced on March 31 that the virus had been found in humans.
Most of the cases have been located in eastern China, although Taiwan has reported one case. Another case has been found in southern China, while Chinese officials confirmed a further outbreak in the central province of Hunan.
Chinese authorities have identified poultry as the source of the virus and have confirmed that patients became sick from contact with infected live fowl.
A visiting team from the World Health Organization, which wrapped up a week-long visit to China on Wednesday, said there had been no human-to-human transmission but warned H7N9 was “one of the most lethal” influenza viruses ever seen.
Fauci praised Beijing for its handling of the current crisis, contrasting it to the response of the outbreak of severe acute respiratory syndrome in 2002-2003, when China stood accused of covering-up the scale of the crisis.
“It was not the case with SARS in 2003 but the transparency has been excellent,” Fauci said. “I am quite satisfied with the Chinese response.”
Fauci likened the current H7N9 strain of bird flu “in some respects” to the H5N1 bird flu strain of several years ago.
“The similarities are that it is fundamentally a chicken or bird flu that jumps from chicken to humans and is quite severe when it infects humans,” he said.
However, Fauci added: “The difference between H7N9 and H5N1, is that H5N1 kills chickens very rapidly so it is easy to identify where the infected flocks of chickens are. H7N9 doesn’t make the chicken sick, so it has been difficult to pinpoint where the infected chickens are.”
There have been 566 confirmed cases of the H5N1 strain of bird flu, which killed 332 people in the world — a mortality rate of 58 percent, compared to 20 percent for the H7N9 bird flu strain.
The H1N1 “swine flu” pandemic o 2009, which appeared in Mexico at the same time of year as the H7N9, eventually infected 60 million people throughout the world and killed more than 12,000.
The 1918 Spanish flu, which has been called one of the deadliest plagues in human history, had a mortality rate of only two percent.

Christian Rapper Blasts Prosperity Preachers as "Fal$e Teacher$"

While Jay-Z & Beyonce’s recent trip to Cuba to celebrate the couple’s fifth anniversary stirred up significant controversy, a new song by a Christian rapper, relatively unknown to the general public, is ruffling feathers in the conservative Christian evangelical community, especially amongst a gaggle of religious gurus known as “Prosperity Preachers.”

Christian rapper Shai Linne, according to Charisma News, “recently released a song [which peaked at #7 on iTunes’ Hip Hop/Rap charts] calling out prosperity gospel teachers by name.”

The 12 pastors named are -- Joel Osteen, Joyce Meyer, T.D. Jakes, Benny Hinn, Creflo Dollar, Paula White, Fred Price, Kenneth Copland, Robert Tilton, Eddie Long, Juanita Bynum and Paul Crouch – and each name is followed by the song’s refrain, “is a false teacher!”

Jay-Z and Beyonce have come under unremitting criticism from a number of long-time anti-Cuban Republican scolds, with Sen. Marco Rubio and GOP Representatives Ileana Ros-Lehtinen and  Mario Diaz-Balart leading the pack.

Despite the fact that the vast majority of U.S. visitors to Cuba last year were Cuban Americans (476,000 out of 580,000) , and regardless of the fact that Cuban Americans are a major source of funds for the Cuban government (sending nearly $2.3 billion to Cuba in 2011), “Diaz-Balart and Ros-Lehtinen said the music superstars were guilty of funding ‘the machinery of oppression that brutally represses the Cuban people’ because they went to Cuba with the permission of the Department of Treasury, which regulates the travel of Americans to Cuba,” DeWayne Wickham wrote in a recent USA Today column.

Linne calls out “prosperity preachers”

Shai Linne’s album has also caused some controversy because it is the first time a Christian rapper has used his music to criticize “Prosperity Preachers,” and name specific individuals.

“I ain't really trying to start beef, but some who claim to be part of His sheep got some sharp teeth. (They're wolves),” Shai Linne raps in the song “Fal$e Teacher$” – from his newly released album titled Lyrical Theology Part 1: Theology -- before referencing Matthew 7:16.

In the song, the performer warns that these pastors are falsely teaching that “camels squeeze through the eye of a needle.” Here’s a sample: “How dare they be specific and drop some clarity on the popularity of the gospel of Prosperity,” Turn off TBN that channel is overrated. The Pastor’s speak bogus statements, financially motivated. It’s kind of like a pyramid scheme. Visualize Heretics christianizing the American dream.”

Shai Linn also dubs these preachers’ antics as “foul and deceitful and claims that they are “treating Jesus like a lottery ticket.”

Charisma News reported that in a video posted by his record company, Lamp Mode Recordings, Linne said “he wrote the song to address an issue in the American church that is now spreading overseas—not to cause controversy.”

“You have these rallies where literally over 100,000 people will come to hear these guys talk about prosperity,” Linne told Wade-O Radio. “The people who are coming are impoverished like crazy and they're buying into it thinking that this false theology is going to be their way out of poverty. They figure, 'Hey, it must work because it's working for these guys in America.'”

An atheist for most of his childhood, Linne is Reformed in his theology. He has been collaborating with other Christian Rap artists and releasing studio albums since 2002.

According to Anthony Bradley, associate professor of theology and ethics at The King’s College and author of Liberating Black Theology, “Reformed hip-hop is a theologically driven masculinity movement.
It says no to the prom songs to Jesus in ccm, no to whiny emo Christian music for hipsters, and no to empty, shallow, individualistic Christian music lacking theological content produced out of Nashville.
”

“Linne is echoing other Reformed or Calvinist leaders, including John Piper and John MacArthur, who have been openly critical of the prosperity doctrine that has swept the globe,” Rachel Tabachnick, an independent researcher who specializes in End Times narratives, told me in an email. “Tactics of prosperity preachers around the world include convincing followers that their donations to a ministry will be returned by God in multiples of what they have given.  

“Prosperity doctrine preachers are among some of the wealthiest citizens in some African countries,” Tabachnick  pointed out. “It is common for some of these preachers to require payment for claimed ‘supernatural healing’ of HIV/AIDS and other diseases or for ‘deliverance’ or expulsion of demons supposedly causing misfortunes.”

Paula White Ministries was the first of the named prosperity preachers to directly respond to Linne’s song. Interestingly, White’s enterprises have been as controversial as they have been financially successful.

But Bradley Knight, White’s son and representative of PaulaWhite.org  is having none of it. In a letter to Linne, Knight  takes umbrage with Linne’s characterization of White as a “false teacher”: “…So when I hear a fellow Christian leader, whom has never had a conversation with me or my mother, call her a “Fal$e Teacher” I wonder what ‘Fal$e Teaching$’ I myself have been inculcated with since I, more than anyone else on the face of the earth, have been most exposed to her teachings.”

Knight claims to be making a modest living and “forego[ing] money for the opportunity to work for a ministry that I believe in, a ministry that I witness daily changing lives across the globe. Including and especially the continent of Africa you gave a shout out too.”

White’s son characterizes the song “Fal$e Teacher$” as “pure cannibalization without Biblical precedence.” He invites Linne to walk a mile in the White family’s shoes. At no time does Knight mention the accrued wealth of Paul White Ministries, the many controversies White has been involved in, nor the congressional investigation into her finances.

In 2007, when Paula White and her husband Randy filed for divorce, they owned private jets, high-end luxury vehicles, a Trump Park Avenue condominium and a $3.8 million place in Trump Tower on 5th Ave in New York City, as well as a $2 million dollar home on Tampa Bay.  When White was asked to respond to a May 2012 profile in Orlando Magazine, her public relations outfit,  Burson-Marsteller Public Affairs in Dallas, turned down the magazine’s request.  

Shai Linne responded to Knight’s letter, writing: “I don’t think your letter actually addresses the real issue. My song was not about you, your financial status, the genuineness of your faith, your mother’s prayers for you or the good things that Paula White Ministries does. The song was about the false doctrine that Paula White and others have publicly taught for many years and continue to teach.” In a wadeoradio.com video, Linne mentions the popularity of prosperity doctrine in Zimbabwe, Kenya, Ghana, Nigeria, Malawi.  After acknowledging watching many hours listening to some of the most popular prosperity teachers on TBN and noticed a pattern of them working the crowd into an emotional frenzy before asking for money. Linne calls this a scam and claims these preachers are false prophets.
